No one knew where my appointment was. The rude guest services girl told me one place, when I called that building the person on the other line wouldn't simply look in there system to find if my doctor was there. I had to walk two blocks to find where my surgery consultation was. No one here Exceeded my Expectations as they PROMISE to do.
