DO NOT RENT FROM MAAS!!! Trust me you will regret dealing with Kris Maas. She will take your money, she is one of the most rude individuals I have ever met. Kris Maas has no business being in any type of environment where customer service is expected, because she has none!! No personal skills, just rude, rude and more rude!! She refuses to talk to you until you fill out the application and you pay your $30 per applicant, and even after that she will only deal with you through text message if you are lucky. If you feel you absolutely must try and rent with them, I would suggest you try and get as much info from her as possible before you give her any money or submit rental applications.
