I really enjoyed the tour up here and thought it was very reasonably priced too.
It takes around 45 minutes for the tour and I would say that this is adequate time for viewing and taking pictures. You get about 10 minutes on the bridge and around 20 minutes at the top of the tower.
I did this visit at sunset/evening and really enjoyed it as I'd been up the KL tower in the daytime.

The views are great when the city is lit up at night and I prefer the evening visits for this type of experience. The group numbers aren't massive either so at each point it's not over crowded.
