Our service advisor was friendly which was good, the bads now: took 5 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation, didn t even wash. Texted at 420 that the car was ready; when showing up after 5 I was told I had to wait until Monday, when I was flying out for work, even though it was done as Saturday. Would have been nice to let us know that if we didn t pick it up by 5 we would be screwed. Worked out a deal with the receptionist to get it early but it took her a few calls and no one seemed knowledgeable on how to handle this situation because they they said it has happened multiple times. When picking up the car it was unlocked. Very terrible in my opinion.
