Have used Tech21 for the last 4(?) years and bought superb phone covers from them and never been disappointed.....till now!
What has happened to this company, has it been sold on and the name kept the same?
Ordered a Samsung Note 10+ cover on 10/8/19, phone arrived on 23/8 but no cover. Tried to chase Tech21, but you can not speak to a human for an outstanding product, you have to open a 'ticket/request'.
They finally answered & stated pre-orders can take 2 weeks from order date.
I chased them again after the 2 weeks, and on 2nd Sept they stated they were STILL awaiting stock!!! WTF, so i had a very valuable new phone with no cover :( They offered for me to wait for stock or a refund. I opted for a refund!
Not till 10th Sept did they agree to refund, then state dit can be 5 days before it appears in my account.
AVOID THIS COMPANY NOW
Bought a Caseology Skyfall cover and its fab - highly recommend it for Note 10+
