Just bought a car there today with a terrific sales rep named Nicole. Previously I had been working with CarMax because a friend of mine works there. But I found a couple of cars I liked on the driversselect website and was contacted by Nicole. Frankly I was extremely surprised by the difference in the experience between the two places.

It was very obvious from the outset that driversselect management team trains their employees to focus 110% on customer satisfaction. It was equally clear that Nicole took this position very seriously. I I am aware that I can be difficult t deal with at times. Nicole displayed extraordinary patience and caring. She communicated with me on a regular basis over about a 3 to 4 week. She was remarkably responsive whenever I had a question and never displayed any frustration with my indecisiveness.

I got an excellent car and a very fair price and I never felt like I was being "sold." From what Nicole tells me, I don't think it was just her personality, although I'm sure that helps a lot. But like I said previously, this kind of customer service has to start at the top.

Although I think I got the best price around (because I definitely shopped), I would actually not paying a little more for the kind of service I experienced at driversselect.

My hats off to Nicole and the entire management team. Do you have greatly improved the typical car buying experience!
