My husband and I just had the BEST weekend at the Shangri-La, Sydney.
We feel sad to be leaving. Sydney is such an exciting city with the Shangri-La positioned in the thick of it.
A hotel is just a hotel unless the staff are top shelf, highly trained professionals. In our case there are three individuals who I highly recommend to be given a big fat pay rise.
Amanda, the front office manager went far and beyond to ensure our stay was the best experience for us.
Jerry in the Horizons Lounge is the ultimate professional.
Jude at the Bell Desk was kind and professional.
Thank you Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney we will definitely be back.
