The wait at the front desk was too long after flying across the world. The room was not a 5 star experience. The TV did not work, maintenance took almost 2 hours to respond. There was left over half eaten food in the mini bar that was not cleaned out. There was a wet dark stain on the carpet that I found after stepping on it with my socks. The view was great from Room 3509. Park Hyatt is a better choice in my opinion. Also, the credit card machine was down at the front desk at check out. I did not get my invoice or get to review my final charges.
