this is the worst service that I experienced in Srilanka
when I want to complain I took a call to their Head Office and asked for a authorised person to inform but a girl who answered the phone told me she can't give any details of a person to complain
I have already made a advance payment of 100000 and I wanted to get it back
but also I have no choice I am in a hurry to get this done
sivilima jaela branch is a mess
finally they promised me to come in the morning at 8.30 and they didn't come
I tried to contact their showroom manager and he cut my phone and after that his phone is off
it's better to stay without sivilima rather than going to this useless shop
best thing is that there is no one to take responsibility and even complains
