The building is exceptional. The lobby area and the restaurants are very good looking. However, I got disappointed when I entered the room as it was tiny and looked older than in the pictures, even more disappointed when I learned that they didn t have a fridge in a four star hotel while nowadays we can find them even in three stars hotels. The safe got locked and didn t want to work so we had to wait about half an hour before a technician came. The valet personnel were very friendly, as well as some of the receptionists. The Starbucks to which you have direct access from inside the hotel have a bizarre operating hours. In general, the hotel is not bad at all, but the rooms need an urgent remodeling.
