Beyond a doubt the worst service experience I've ever had. Waited 4hrs to finish purchasing vehicle. Only received one key. Called for over a month for someone to call back after many calls
The manager Steve finally returned our call. I was told it would take 2hrs or more to get one key made. I was given a loaner so I could go home and they would call when it was ready. On the way home I was stopped by police and received 2 tickets for false plates and no front plates. I am sure this is not the first time they loaned cars so this should never happen. What incompetence!
