Worst service experience ever! I bought a 2018 Pacifica and after only 3 months (ODO 46K) it has a cylinder misfire. Brought it in for warranty repairs and have been without a car for over 2 weeks, with at least another week to go while they wait on parts. Techs are not responsive, takes several attempts to get an answer. They keep telling me they will check on the status and I never hear back. No offer of a loaner vehicle. If I were paying out of pocket I bet I would be a higher priority for them.
I am getting rid of this vehicle ASAP, I have a very low opinion of Chrysler at this point. Also, I will not ever do business with Hall again. If not for the fact that the repairs are under the warranty (they say) I would have taken it somewhere else weeks ago.

Update: Finally got a loaner vehicle after asking for 2 weeks. I appreciate it, but wish it had happened sooner.

Update 2: Finally got the vehicle back after over 3 weeks in the shop. Vehicle seems to be running well, and repairs were covered under warranty. Customer service is much improved after posting this review, with daily updates on the status of the repairs. I wish they had treated me that way from the beginning but better late than never I suppose. I am getting rid of the vehicle ASAP due to the mechanical issues - needing a new head at 46k miles points to shoddy workmanship IMO. All done with Chrysler products!
