I have a business account and a household account ...

I have a business account and a household account with this company. Everytime I called, the people on the phone was rude, bad customer service and racist to my English even I am paid thousands dollars per month bills for this company. All I need is someone patient enough to communicate with. Planing to transfer to another company then. Too bad. If you guys want customer I think u guys should work out on your staffs first. The Indian lady on phone wasn't the best at english than any international around here but she is so bossy when I tried to sign up. and the white dude on phone with me is super racist, love to cut people on phone off and being annoying to whatever I said cause he didn't listen to any international English. Too bad for a company with such a nice platform. I am still super angry, disappointed. I never think about the number that it can be expensive or not. All I need is a good customer service. Shame!!!
