We had a great experience shopping and picking up our car. We actually drive 5 1/2 hours in a snow storm to pick it up.

After they had our signatures, they pretty much ignored us. We didn't get our registration paperwork for 31 days, so we had to pay a late fee. Then the check they gave us to pay the county recorder was over $200 short, after we were sold on everything was included, tax, title and license out the door.
We never received 1 phone call, although we made 8 phone calls to the dealership looking for information on our title.
When we called to let them know of the shortage for our registration, we were told that the finance guy messed up the numbers and we were responsible for the short fall.
Tom Kadlac had a great opportunity to provide wow service and they choked after they got the sale.
Not angry, just disappointed.
