The self guided tour is all audio. I prefer docent led tours. However the cost isn't steep and the house is very beautiful. No pictures is such a lame rule. Also, you have to wait a bit to start. The way the tour walks you through the house is odd, but we enjoyed it. Especially the pink kitchen!
