First visit here. A friend recommended this place for a specific item I was looking for. I had been waiting for over a month to come here. Finally drive across town going in late to work to make it here and they were out of the specific item size I needed. They had like three employees help look as they showed it was in stock, but no one found it. I was told they hadn t done inventory in a while, okay I guess. Then when the manager Chris asked how I was doing I explained and asked if he would offer me the size up at the same price since they were out of the one I needed and I finally made the trip here. He said no but I ll knock off 10%. I said of my whole purchase he said no just the one item. WOW saved me a $1, no thanks. Why do I want to overpay for the wrong size. It s not about the cost but more about the moral. I ll just order the right one I need online from amazon or from someone who has the exact size of what I need I guess. Yet brick and mortar stores wonder why their losing business to online purchases.

I was looking forward to coming back here because it seems like a cool spot but I ll stick to online or local places closer to home.
