The salesmen at Lithia Toyota were extremely pleasant and try to meet your needs when looking for a vehicle. Greg listens which is an important part of being a salesman. He met my criteria when looking at vehicles and matched me to something within my budget and driving requirements. My trade-in vehicle was quoted three to four grand below what Kelley Blue Books listed as the fair trade-in value. The dealership raised my trade's value about a grand but also added two grand in additional rebates to help my purchase fit into my budget. My trade-in will probably be listed at a seven to eight grand profit for the dealership, but this place is a business and they are looking to make money to operate. I needed a quick trade-in and they obliged. Overall I think this is a good place to look for a vehicle but like all dealerships you need to spend a few hours dancing around the numbers so you pay less.
