I would not recommand this real estate to anyone !...

I would not recommand this real estate to anyone !!
My boyfriend and I have been renting a house through them for a year, everything was ok until we told them we wanted to leave. Since then, they made our life very difficult !
We told them by email we were going to leave, letting them know and giving them notice, but they said we should have filled a special document so we had to pay another 3 weeks rent... We ended up paying double rent for 3 weeks (the house we were not leaving in anymore + our new house).
The truth is they knew the rent was overpriced (that's why we wanted to leave) so they wouldn't find anyone quickly and took any excuse to steal our money for a bit longer..
During these 3 weeks, we've left the place clean so they could organize inspections, they then said if we wanted to have all of our bond back we had to pay for a particular cleaning company. This costed us 400 dollars...
But it's not done yet. They took 320 dollars from our bond to change 3 light bulbs (only one was not working when we left, the two others probably died after all these weeks of inspection) and put a blind back. They said they had to hire a handyman... it probably took the guy half an hour in total !!
Be really careful with them, I never put reviews but I prefer warning you....
