The training program at Midwest is obviously flawed, their management is not responsive and honestly I find this company unsafe and unfit for the services they provide. This is by far the worst company we have ever dealt with. They hire 15-16 year old managers on a power trip. The lifeguards refuse to check for identification, do not stop dangerous horseplay and tend to follow their own rules. I caution any association to never even consider Midwest as it is dangerous for your public safety and a horrible mistake.
