While I myself had a good overall experience here with the purchase of my 2015 Dodge Durango 38 months ago, the people here are very dry and unwelcoming. The only greeting you receive is from the young lady at the front desk when you first walk in. After that, you're a ghost. From the managers sitting in the center, to the service department with the exception of a few good people in service. There were supervisors sitting around having casual conversations dropping the F-BOMB in front of customers without any consideration. Watching inappropriate videos while sitting behind their desks. Having inappropriate conversations with fellow employees within earshot of customers regardless of gender or age. Definitely not a family environment. Keep in mind also that I have served in the U.S. Navy for 8 years and have spent my last 18 years working as a professional firefighter. I say this to give you an understanding that I am no stranger to what one would call a "verbally hostile environment". This should not be allowed in a workplace that deals and relies on customer service. Shame on the management which not only allows it, but also partakes in it.

Update: in hind sight, maybe I should have waited till after they were done with my vehicle before I posted this. They parked my vehicle way in the back lot when it was done and I had to walk in the rain to get it. Lol. Good thing I love the rain.

2nd update: I am finding it difficult to verbally express what I am feeling after this disgraceful find, a week before Veterans day. This dealership professes to be patriotic and that it proudly serves our veterans, all the while disgracing our nation's beautiful flag which I myself so proudly served for 8 years. I was able to recover a total of 9 flags that were discarded on the ground as mere trash.

I struggled at first on whether or not I should post these pictures. But if this dealership has no respect for my nation's flag, why should I show them any leniency.
