This was just SAD and so disappointed Please don t WASTE your time or MONEY with this place, we got a groupon couples massage because my husband is deploying, we thought it would be a nice thing to do together before he leaves, we called to schedule a reservation just like the print says, and they told us they re not taking any more groupons for the MONTH they only take 10 per month (it s the 5th of the month and all the spots they give for groupons are already taken, so good luck in getting a spot for whatever month before your groupon expires) the funny part is that it Doesn t say this in the print on the Voucher or the Groupon, so this is something they choose to do, the groupon expires in MAY/2020 so my husband won t be back before this, we called to try and explain this to them and even asked them to let us pay the difference if it was a money thing, and they just said sorry try calling groupon maybe they ll give you your money back, (great now im out of time and money) thank y all so much for the help! DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED, I haven t even been here yet but if they can t help us work around something like this for a 1st time customer and with the Fact that my husband is leaving, I really don t want to see they re other side of customer service.
