We hired this company to manage a couple of rentals for us. Although the management agreement stated that we would received monthly accounting and that rental funds would be wired to us on a specific date of the month that did not happen on a regular basis if at all. We received complaints from the tenants regarding C Brown customer service. We ended the relationship with this company due to not receiving monies that they collected from the tenants for rent and not sending to us. I would not recommend using this company for property management.
