Absolutely horrific. Made my 80 year old grandmother wait over 6 hours in the waiting room. She had acute pain, fever, and hadn t eaten or drank fluids in hours and hours. They kept exclaiming they didn t have beds, yet there were multiple available when we went back for ultrasound. The front desk nurse working was named Maria and was unprofessional and rude to each and every person that walked through the door. I wish I had gone to exit 11. This hospital will end up killing more people then they actually help. I watched a man suffering a heart attack lay on the floor 5 minutes and then they made him stand on his own as he cried out in pain. Atrocious coming from a business. Tennova will be bankrupt within a couple years.
