I have been a NW Jeep Customer for 25 years, I am on my 6th Jeep. I have never been given a hard time like at other dealers ships. My husband I went in on July 3rd and test drove a jeep, went to start the purchase process and realized that I did not have my drivers license on me. It was very embarassing but they were very nice about it. Phil was amazing, patient and even came in the next day July 4th, on his day off. So we could purchase our jeep. I give NW Jeep and Phil 5 stars
