We arrive with a voucher for 4, it is written 1 do...

We arrive with a voucher for 4, it is written 1 double room with 2 beds, quadruple and the name of our two children and ourselves. Despite this the hotel gives us a room with only one bed. The next day nobody takes our request into account. We spend the stay in a tiny room overlooking the earth and 2 extra beds. Can not open suitcases and what to say in case of fire! Lamentable.
