The two gentlemen that arrived at our door for an emergency job were absolutely delightful. AK & Rambo visited our home within 45 minutes of us calling as we explained we had heard popping sounds from our plug sockets they immediately explained they were on their way. 5 minutes before they arrived we saw a spark from the plug and thankfully once they arrived we were relieved as they could not have come sooner. Upon further inspection it was clear the sockets were in such a bad state it was literally like being in a house with a ticking time bomb. We have two children, a 2 year old and a 2 month old. It doesn't bare thinking about what would have happened if they didnt arrive when they did.
They were prompt, professional & polite. We have already agreed to call them again to do other works in our house. Would very very highly recommend.
