Family Danz REALLY stepped up to help us - above and beyond. I think having the word "family" in their name means more than just the people that work there. Long story short - our dog has terminal cancer and can barely breathe. Our AC conked out during a high heat warning stretch (88+ degrees and high humidity for several days). With the temps inside the house > 85 degrees, it made our dog really struggle to breathe at all. I called Family Danz and they squeezed us in between a couple of appointments the same day. The part we needed ended up being on a 7-10 day back order but, the next day, the parts manager personally sourced it from another local company and got it to a repair person who got here the same day. I wasn't trying to play on the sympathy card with our dog, but he's a member of our family and was suffering in a big way, and the team at Family Danz realized that and took exceptional care to get us back up and running quickly. We truly appreciate their compassion and help!
