Disgusting snobby attitude from 'kerri" in billing. Interrupted me EVERYTIME I tried to talk. Snide smirk on her face like she was better than me. When asked why she was smiling like that responded "I'm TRYING to be polite" also said "I'm sick of people like you" LIKE WHO? Someone who is trying to resolve an issue? I hope she gets fired. She is no better than the gum on the bottom of my shoe. GET A LIFE.
