Sales experience was fantastic no pressure and communicated all the information very well. Delivery was sub par slow getting docs out to me for my insurance broker, I get that your dealership does allot of deals so staff it appropriately. In addition I put it in three emails that I required all documents that I would be expected to sign In the business office be sent to me ahead of time which they did not do. Also specific instructions such as requesting no dealer decals be placed on the vehicle were ignored. Lastly there was a large chip in the windshield on delivery, so I had to waste time getting it repaired before leaving , yes it was a demo but the chip wasn t there the previous time I drove the vehicle so to expecting me not to raise an issue was a bit much.
