They are interested only in selling and afterwards they simple ignore the customers rights or questions. They take advantage of the loop holes of the law and refuse the return of goods. I've been trying for days to have a conversation with them on facebook, call-center phone and email. Finally i get a short answer that i don t qualify for return and afterwards i simply was refused on any other attempt to get an answer from them. I even try directly in the store to solve the issue but nothing.

I made an official complaint at ANPC with proof of refusing the return of goods and refusing any other official comunication from them.

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE AGAIN !
