Hotel was very nice, and clean. Loved how friendly most of the staff was. Had to deduct a star though because the cleaning lady was rather impatient to get us out of the room. We had been traveling all night, and confirmed on check in that check out was by 12pm noon. At about 9am we here pounding on the door, and explained we were still trying to sleep. By 10am we got another round of pounding. From there the cleaner made a ton of noise in the hallway until we finally got up and left around 10:30. Our alarms had been set for 11am, and we had planned to be out by 11:30am. I don't think thats too unreasonable when the checkout is 12pm. Was going to say something to the front desk attendant, but he was very busy and by himself. Didn't want to make his day any worse.
