Stay started with some hiccups but management held up the 100% satisfaction guarantee. The property is heavily used and it shows. Housekeeping could be better but it seems as if they are a little overwhelmed. The breakfast was good but you have to track down your order and if you want ketchup you have to get on the wait list because apparently it is too difficult to have more than 3 bottles of ketchup. Management did however give us a gift card to the larger heads restaurant and the food here was great. The service at lager heads was much better than the breakfast area and I found all the ketchup bottles.... they have a whole pile of them over here. The price was on point with the rest of the tourist trap restaurants.
Our last day housekeeping did not visit our room until after 3pm and could not came back at a later time so we went without due to schedule conflicts. Thus hotel is not a well oiled machine but it is not a dump either. Please be very cautious of the guest room doors as they slam shut extremely fast and could remove a finger of a small child with the force that is closes with. This was brought to the attention of both housekeeping and the the house man checking rooms. They both said they would contact maintenance and have the door closer adjusted... this did not happen during our stay and likely is the same in all the rooms. So just be careful...
