My son just had tubes put in and adenoids taken out. We were made to feel so at ease throughout the whole process even though it is scary when your kid has to go to the OR. Patient access services staff helped us get registered, same day surgery staff got him prepped, anesthesia staff walked us through the process, the OR nurses took him on a bed ride to the back, Dr Goff was amazing as always. We loved all the staff but really appreciated the special care we got from our someday surgery nurse Amber Smith.
