I have been a customer of Mainoxgroup s.p.a. for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they do deliver on time and the quality of their products is decent, their customer support leaves much to be desired. There have been multiple instances where I had to reach out multiple times before getting a response, and even then, the answers were not very helpful. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
