If your a homeowner you don't feel welcome. Did not offer patience or guidance when I was trying to purchase an HB&G porch column after finding out they were a provider of HB&G columns. Salesperson seemed annoyed I was even there. Answered the phone on the first ring while I was trying to communicate which one I wanted even though other employees were there to answer the phone.
