The Martinucci are a Salentina guarantee, characterized by a series of distinctive features that are manifested in all the premises of this famous chain. Air conditioning with polar currents, endless rows of customers every hour, staff among the most stressed in Puglia, more than correct prices, discreet quality. Then some of these places have a worse pastry shop than the others (like that of Lido Marini), or they may be more beautiful and welcoming (like that of Specchia), but in general they remain above average for the characteristic pasticciotto. This of Lido Marini is probably the least beautiful and the most chaotic.
