The rooms are very small but the beds were super comfortable and the room was very clean, however the air conditioning was insufficient to cool even the tiny room we were in. There were 3 of us staying in the room and we all woke up in the middle of the night sweaty. When I went to the front desk to explain the problem I was highly disappointed with the customer service. I expected more from Disney resort staff considering the cost of staying at one of their resorts and the price to visit the parks. Customer service was lacking. I did eventually get a box fan brought to our room which offered some relief. The breakfast food was pretty good. I loved having access to the skyliner which was very peaceful to ride and a great mode of transportation to Disney resorts, Epcot and Hollywood studios.
