The worst insurance company ever.

The worst insurance company ever.
My contract with them has ended on 14 March, the renewed it without my permission and they took 153 dollars from my account. I called them many times( long waiting until someone responds to u). I sent 6 Emails, they told me they did not receive them. I sent a fax. My provider called them many times but no use. I did not get my money back yet. Very very bad company
