Worst experience. I reached out in July to Buchi to have my intermittently used, but never the less broken, V-100 pump repaired that I purchased from a distributor (Lab Society); since Buchi's warning states the warranty if void if it's not serviced by them. They requested my address and phone number to direct me to the correct person. I responded with my CURRENT ADDRESS and phone number. I heard nothing back after sending this information so I followed up at the end of July. They asked me for my serial number on 4 different occasions spanning 6 months. Finally, at the end of DECEMBER 2018 I was able to mail the pump that had been broken for 6 months! I received a repair quote the beginning of January 2019 and another in the middle of the month. By January 31st they had shipped my broken pump to an old address on file from Lab Society; not the one I had given them via e-mail or the return address on the package because I had not responded quickly enough! I only found out about this because I called them. When I told Jonathan, from the service department, the address they sent the pump to is not my address, he pretty much told me I was out of luck. Needless to say I'm out of a $3,0000 pump after spending 6+ months of trying to get it serviced! But they are very quick to respond to a sales request. Terrible experience overall.

UPDATE: After getting in contact with a higher up at BUCHI they offered to replace the lost pump.
