I believe this is the 2nd full season of lawn treatments with Independent Lawn Care.The first year I moved in, 2017, I had a lot of dead spots which I dug out, put down topsoil & seeded. The grass would start but then die out. So I found Independent Lawn on Angie's List. A tech came out and evaluated my lawn. Found I had Chinch bugs, Spurge, Sod Webworms, Leaf Spot Disease and Rust Disease. So I was just chasing my tail trying to control many problems. That fall I started with Independent Lawn so the next spring I could start anew. I still had to dig out the dead patches but could put topsoil down and have success with growing grass. I highly recommend them. My lawn is one of the best on the block. :) BTW, reasonable prices too.
