I can t believe this type of things are happening in a civilized country. No trial to deliver, no possibility to get in touch with them, my pack is coming back to the sender without a single note to me. DO NOT USE THIS a SERVICE, it is a waste of money and effort, not ethic! Never again, and for the future I will ask whoever works with / for me to carefully avoid them
