Dear Dekalb medical hospital management.
All the time whenever I go to building 445 win-win way I have a worst customer service I do not wish anybody to go there here is the reason that I m going to email this message . yesterday I went there to get The immunization shot and then the lady at the second floor front desk her name is Tina Spates , she had a bad attitude she s so rude and mean . I didn t say anything but I thought she probably have a bad day unfortunately she wasn t have bad day. that how she really is and then a left some documents will have to come back the next day still the same lady she really liked ruin my day. As soon as you walked in she s the first person you going to meet . And she going to ruin everybody day for no reason simply you just asked a question where is the immunization floor and it was downstairs that s how she need to answer. the question I just ask where is the place? And she answered me if I was here yesterday I should supposed to know that and then she will have a bad attitude really annoying me and makes me mad I ask her last name she doesn t want to give me I told her to call manager she said she called and she didn t literally she didn t call the manager after I have to go to another office to see the manager and the manager told me that she never got called from her she lying and she kept me wait for the manager almost 15 -20 minutes without calling her manager. Also she told me that I was looking for trouble, because I ask her last name. I can imagine how many people have been go through the situation this need to be addressed quickly.
