I am giving this company ZERO STAR's. I have called their billing number about a dozen times in the past month. Every time I get a message stating that they are experiencing a high volume of calls (even in the middle of the night). I called over with my insurance carrier and they got the same message . I have left many messages and I have never received a call back. Some people are unable to use the computer. This is a terrible way to do business. If you are going to allow a person to leave a message then call them back.
