We want to commend the sales and financial and delivery staff at Calgary BMW. Specifically: Steve Kindred, Sales Consultant, Nate (Nitin) Sagoo, Sales Manager, Bryanne Marier, Financial Services Manager, Nathan Jones, Delivery Specialist and Grant Keil, General Manager.

We have owed two BMW X5's (and now a third) and have always had them serviced at Calgary BMW. On February 18, 2021 we were put in contact with the Sales Manager at Calgary BMW, Nate (Nitin) Sagoo who then put us in contact with Steve Kindred, a Sales Consultant. A bearing went in the engine of our 2013 X5 we wanted to look at pre-owned BMWs. Our emotions were on edge as we had not planned on purchasing a vehicle. Steve Kindred was able to defuse our emotions and provided us with a few options and we very much appreciated his professionalism and his assistance during, what was a stressful time for us, as we contemplated our next vehicle. We test drove two different X5s and we really liked the X5M. It took us another week and a lot of conversations with Steve Kindred for us to make the decision to purchase the pre-owned X5M. Steve Kindred was able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner and was always courteous and patient in his interactions with us. Nate Sagoo and his team worked hard to make the purchase of the X5M possible. Bryanne Marier, Financial Services Manager, was very professional and is definitely very good at her job, she made the purchase of the pre-owned X5M very smooth and efficient and provided a plethora of information . On Friday, February 26, 2021 we picked up our new, pre-owned X5M, and Steve Kindred came into the dealership, even though it was his day off, to complete the transaction. Steve Kindred put us in contact with Nathan Jones, Delivery Specialist. Even though we were not Nathan Jones' customer he still spent an hour and a half with us showing us various features on the newer X5M, it was amazing all the information he has stored on how these vehicles operate. We also had the opportunity to speak with Grant Keil, the General Manager, about our situation with the 2013 X5 and the purchase of the newer pre-owned X5M and we would like to thank him for taking the time to speak to us and to listening to our concerns. We very much appreciated all of the efforts made by the BMW staff from February 18 to the 26, 2021.
