Bought a used vehicle from them. Was winter and the vehicle started making a small whistle when it was started in the cold. Long story short, Calgary BMW took care of the $650 repair bill and gave me a courtesy car while my car was being repaired. The deal was final and there was nothing in my contract about any sort of warranty, and I didn't purchase any extended warranty, so they could have told me the cost was fully my responsibility, but they didn't and were very good about the whole thing. 100% would reccommend!
