Pathetic front office service from Kumani the receptionist, terrible inhospitable, uninformative, unhelpful check-in, & the same condescending arrogance from Yaseer who is supposed to be a duty manager.

Rooms in poor condition, internal doors and doors leading onto patio are broken and stuck so do not open & close with easy.

No welcome fruit or anything in room upon check-in. Definitely not 5 star service.
