I bought a RAV4 from Toyota Sunnyvale and Beethoven helped me going through all the car showing and all paper work. Beethoven is the best sales person I have ever met. He nicely and patiently demoed and showed the car's functions and specifications to me even the time was very late on Friday night. I was very impressed by his great service and enthusiasm on his job. Without his great help and friendly attitude, I would not decide to buy the car here. I really appreciate his help.
