This was the WORST travel booking experience I have ever had. I have never reviewed anything before!! I WISH THERE WAS A WAY I COULD MAKE EVERYONE AWARE!! I have made Google an other accounts just to get this message across and hopefully save some people!!

Rude, nasty staff. Messed up our booking multiple times and we lost our cheap flights we had reserved. All we booked were flights - thank GOD nothing else.

They are completely incompetent, completely unprofessional in every single way possible. Even my boyfriend who NEVER complains can not believe this is a company that is actually operating and receiving service. Everything is ridiculous, even their phone manner. I am sure if you just make 1 phone call you will see!!

I honestly have NO IDEA how anyone could give this company a remotely positive review!!
