This place is totally a joke.. looks like the staff are not trained properly. I got a query about the peak and off peak hour. Last monday when I asked a lady in reception she told me that the off peak during weekdays are from 4pm to 7 pm today I went at 5:30pm and the different lady in reception told me that the peak hour is 4pm to 7pm. I request the lady to show me in any leaflet to show the peak hour and off peak hour and their price accordingly she refused to do so.. I asked a lady if I could get her name as a reference she refused to give a name?? My question to leisure centre is why did the staff have two version of answer?? Why cannot they give the right information to the customer??? And as a customer I believe that I have a right to know the name of staff staff whom I spoke to?? Why did they refused to give their name???
