Probably the closest thing you will get to Akihabara in Taiwan. The lower floors have full computers and a food court. Other floors have computer parts, games, karaoke equipment, and related stuff. The top floor has data recovery, and some other fancy stuff. The surrounding streets has a lot of small shops selling a variety of electronics.
